Because of this, there are several important onboarding instructions we need to give you, so please grab a cup of tea or coffee and read this in its entirety. We'll keep the copy fun so you don't get bored with all the tech geek-speak.
ATTENTION MOBILE PHONE USERS:
We know it's more difficult to follow these instructions from your phone, so feel free to skim read these for now and then check your email later for these same instructions. If you don't see the email instructions, shoot us a message at [email protected] and we can get those sent to you.
STEP ONE: LOGIN

First things first... about your login credentials.
1. Open a new tab on your browser (keep this window open, we're just getting started!)
2. Check your email. Click ALL MAIL (yes including spam).
3. Make sure you see an email that says "Activate Your Account | FG Funnels®"
4. This email will contain a link, which will take you to a page to create your new password, and login to your FG Funnels account at app.fgfunnels.com.
IF YOU DO NOT SEE IT, please message us at [email protected] immediately. It most likely means you typed your email wrong in the order form.

Second things second, RESETTING your password if you get locked out.
1. PLEASE for the love of all that is good and amazing, if you reset your password (because you forgot), check your spam. Sometimes it goes there. I know. It's irritating. We don't like it either.
If you can't find it, please email [email protected]. See a pattern here?

Third things third... this is the fun part...This is the initial setup.
Here is where it becomes a choose your own adventure scenario! There are options to get you set up with your account.
a) DONE FOR YOU: You can schedule for an FG Funnels Support Expert to do the techy parts like installing a domain, setting up your email, etc.
b) GUIDED DIY: If you are super techy and want to jump right in, we have some simple setup wizards to take you through. You can go through them in order or jump around.

STEP FOUR: IMPORTANT NOTES

Fourth things fourth...once you're in your dashboard, let's take note of a few important places you'll need to access RIGHT AWAY.
TUTORIAL LIBRARY: On the left (inside the app) you'll see Learn FG Funnels® . That gets you to our full support library at support.fgfunnels.com which has articles and tutorials on every part of FG Funnels®, all completely free.
PREMIUM DESIGNS: All our designs are premium + free (yep!). You can see previews on our preview page, and then choose request collection on the lefthand menu bar to load one into your account.
LIVE CHAT: On Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm EST, there's also a little live chat doohicky that gets you to a human inside the app. That's our live chat.
AUDIENCE BUILDER CHALLENGE: Our Audience Builder Challenge is a great way to get started learning FG Funnels in a very structured way while also helping you build your list. Click on Audience Builder Challenge in the left menu bar to access the challenge for free.
BILLING: If you need to update your billing, that's on the left-hand side of your menu bar in the dashboard, where it says manage my billing.
COMMUNITY: We also have a FREE Facebook group with amazing helpful humans, 5x a week live-streamed office hours, and we often give updates and announcements as well.
RELEASE NOTES: Every week, we send out a release notes blog post explaining what's new and coming.
OFFICE HOURS: Five days a week. Click here to see the schedule and the link. Have a human being solve your tech issues!
AUTOMATIONS SHOP: If you want to buy our done for you (copy included) workflows, click on the automations shop inside the app.

Okay! So there are a few things that might be helpful, others you may never need, but nonetheless, we are 100% committed to supporting you.
If you do not hear from us within 24 business hours when you reach out, assume we did not get it, or something didn't deliver. Tag us in the Facebook group, PM us on our Facebook Page, attend the Live Calls, email [email protected] and [email protected]. Once in awhile things slip through.
Once all the gnarly tech is complete, you're going to be ZIPPING around FG Funnels® like we do every day and it is an amazing software with a tremendous amount of potential.
